You can buy products from our store by ordering online, by phone or by email.
Order online
The product you want to order can be found either by using the product categories menu on the left of the page, by using the search field, or directly from the promotions page. When you press the order button, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart.
After adding to the cart all the products you want to order, the purchase process continues by pressing the button and going through the order page. In the order page you will have to fill in the following:
- Your details: information needed to send the package to you.
- Payment method: choose the method to pay for the order.
Your order is successfully completed when the proforma invoice for your order with the “Confirming” status is displayed (and sent to you by email). When the order is processed by cellinishop.com, you will receive an email informing you of the new “Order confirmed” status.
Use the username and password you entered to log in to view your current order history or status, modify/delete your profile, or place further orders without re-entering your contact information.

In the contact section you can send your order via the Send a message form
Fill in your email address
Message: fill in your details (surname, first name, phone number) and the product(s) you want.
There is no minimum value for an order.
How to pay?
There are several payment methods available:
Online payment, online payments will be processed through the Plationline platform, in conditions of maximum security guaranteed by MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa certification in order to eliminate any possibility of online fraud. Accepted cards are: Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard / Maestro
Payment by bank transfer (payment order). The goods will be delivered after the transfer of the entire amount to the account of Chronostyle International S.A
Delivery
We will confirm the shipping date (including tracking number) by issuing you a shipping notice.
Delivery will normally take place within 2-5 days (but subject to a maximum of 30 days) after the date of order unless specifically otherwise agreed at the time of making the order.
The place of delivery is as stated in the order confirmation.
We will deliver watches within Romania only and jewellery worldwide.
If we cannot meet the estimated delivery date indicated in the order confirmation and the revised delivery date will exceed 30 days from the original date of order, then we will contact you to advise you of a proposed new date for delivery. If you refuse the revised delivery date and we are unable to deliver the product(s) within 30 days from the original date of your order or prior to the specifically agreed delivery date if applicable, then you may cancel the order without charge and obtain a full refund.
