For the products purchased on our website, we offer you a flexible return policy, in order to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
Our products are delivered in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.
The products may have security seals and/or protective foils on various components of the product. The security seals can be in the form of a self-locking needle applied to the watches with leather strap or in the form of a secure No residue label applied over the metal strap of the watches.
Protective foils can be applied to the bracelet or case.
Please handle the product carefully when trying it out, protect it from any impacts or scratches and do not remove or damage in any way the security seal and protective foils on the product. Otherwise, the return of the product cannot be accepted.
Return of the product with deficiencies on delivery
Please check the apparent condition of the package at the time of delivery and make sure that it does not show any anomalies regarding the package (damaged, open, traces of moisture, etc.) or the content (missing or damaged product).
In case of visible damages to the package, you have the right to refuse its receipt and payment. In this case, please specify to the DHL representative the reason for the refusal and express it in writing on the AWB, in his/her presence.
Please send any complaint regarding the integrity of the package within 24 hours from the time of delivery to the email address store@cellinishop.com . You can choose to replace the product found deficient upon delivery or you can request a refund of the value of the product.
Subsequent complaints regarding such issues will no longer be considered.
Product return in 14 days
You always have the right to return the ordered product within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery, without the need to justify your decision. However, do not hesitate to send us your opinion: it is very important for us to know the reason for the return, in order to improve the services offered.
The costs incurred with the return of the product will be borne by the buyer.
In order for the delivery of the product to take place in optimal conditions, please use only the services of fast courier companies with door-to-door delivery.
Product return procedure
If you want to return a product, please follow the steps below:
- You must express your return option in writing, by filling out the form for return available in your customer account.
- The return is made in the original packaging, with all labels, security seals and protection foils intact, as well as the original warranty certificate and a copy of the invoice.
- Protect the original packaging by wrapping in foil or in an extra box so that it does not incur any damage during transport.
- If the product was accompanied by one or more gifts (products, vouchers), they must be returned with the product

Please note that the failure to comply with any of the steps listed above leads to the impossibility of accepting the return.

Return resolution
After receiving the returned product, it will be subjected to an examination to assess whether it is in the same condition in which it was sent to you.
The return of products with signs of wear or damage to the security and protection elements or the original packaging of which has signs of damage is not accepted.
If, following the examination performed, it is found that the original product or packaging shows signs of use or damage, or that the security and protection elements (labels, seals, foils) have been damaged or removed, in whole or in part, the return of the product is not accepted. In such case, we will inform you in writing about the result of the examination, and the product will be sent to you, within 2 to 4 working days.
If, following the examination, it is found that the product has been received in optimal conditions, the value of the product will be reimbursed within 24 days from the return, in the EUR bank account indicated by you.
