We guarantee the quality and originality of the products purchased on our website or in Cellini stores, as these articles are manufactured according to the strictest safety and reliability standards, undergoing a very rigorous quality control.
We also guarantee a very low occurrence of material or manufacturing defects under normal use conditions, up to 5 years from the date of purchase, depending on the international warranty offered by the manufacturer, which is mentioned in the warranty certificate of each product.

Should you find any non-conformity of the product purchased on our website within the period indicated in the product warranty certificate, please send your request for a resolution to the Cellini Service Centre, together with the defective product.

If the defective product is returned by courier, the transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
In order to benefit from the warranty offered for the product, please submit it with the identification elements intact (code and series), accompanied by the warranty certificate, a copy of the invoice, the original packaging and all the related accessories.
The international warranty certificate offered by the manufacturer is an integral part of the warranty certificate issued by Cellini and will be submitted together to the Service Centre.
According to the laws in force, the resolution of the request/complaint regarding a product covered by warranty is made within 25 calendar days from the receipt of the product in service, by repair, replacement with an equivalent product (when repair is not possible) or total or partial value reimbursement of the amount paid for purchase (if the product cannot be restored to conformity by repair or replacement).
The defective product will be restored to conformity free of charge during the period mentioned in the warranty certificate, provided all the elements mentioned above are submitted and under conditions of correct use and maintenance of the product.
If, upon the delivery of the defective product to the Service Centre, it is found that the deficiency claimed is not covered by the warranty, the repair will be performed for a charge, based on the report of evaluation of the repair and your written consent.
We reserve the right to modify or adapt the warranty conditions at any time, in accordance with the applicable law.
Warranty for watches:
The warranty period can vary between 24 - 60 months, according to the commercial policy established by each manufacturer and provided in the Warranty Certificate accompanying the product.
For quartz watches, the warranty for the battery is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product.
The international warranty granted for watches refers to the mechanism of the product and does not include the glass, the strap or the bracelet, the case material and the battery for the models with quartz mechanism.
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Defects caused by improper handling and storage (e.g. strong impacts, interaction with detergents, cosmetics or petrochemicals, storage in dusty environments, excessive moisture or corrosive agents, strong magnetic fields, etc.);
- Failure to observe the recommendations regarding the tightness or failure to observe the instructions for use;
- Defects mentioned in this certificate and caused by interventions made by persons not authorized by the importer;
- Damage caused by fires or natural disasters;
- Damage caused by wear, age (e.g. glass scratches, alteration of color or material of metal bracelets or leather straps, textile material, rubber and other materials, etc.);
The warranty becomes void in the following situations:
- The complaint is not submitted together with the warranty certificate issued by Chronostyle International S.A., by the international warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer of your watch, as well as by a copy of the invoice issued on the date of purchase. The lack of the invoice and of the warranty certificate entails the cancellation of the right to free repair.
- The product was repaired in a service not authorized by the manufacturer.
We recommend that, even after the expiry of the warranty period mentioned in the certificates, you come to our specialized center for any repairs of the product. The team of the Cellini Service Centre consists of watchmaker experts trained in Switzerland, passionate about watchmaking and with long experience, authorized to carry out the proper repair or maintenance of your product.

The optimal operation of your watch is guaranteed under conditions of compliance with the recommendations for use and maintenance.
For your watch to operate normally, we recommend that you check its tightness at least once every 12 months (preferably before the hot season) or after a strong impact. It is also recommended to perform a technical inspection every 2 years in authorized service centres.
